Why We Built This Site
Minnesota District Court records can be public without being equally visible through every access channel. Kanabec Court Administration controls local District Court files and certified copies. Minnesota Court Records Online, or MCRO, offers eligible remote case, document, hearing, and judgment searches, while the courthouse MNPAC terminal may provide broader public access. The purpose here is to distinguish those channels and route a reader to the custodian that holds the needed record.
What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to Minnesota courts, Kanabec Court Administration, or a government agency. Its limits include:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting remains current
Only Kanabec Court Administration or the court that holds a case can issue its official or certified docket or document. A reference page cannot replace that original record.
Search Partners
Some pages include a search box operated by a third-party provider. That provider controls its service, pricing, result set, and privacy practices. A referral fee may be earned if a visitor uses a paid outside service. The local court-search guidance remains separate from any outside result.
